Wk 3: Jan 22nd

Amee and I decided to head to the Beverly Hilton to check out the Golden Globe Awards. We didn't have much expectations on seeing any stars. When we got there, we saw a bunch of people around this stop light. I guess it was the last stop light before the stars entered the Beverly Hilton. So when the stretch limos stopped at the light, the crowd kept trying to get the stars to roll down their window. We were shocked when a certain limo rolled down their window and revealed Angelina Jolie! I was literally 5 feet from her! I snapped this photo with my Tamron 18-270mm lens. We also got to see Jake Gyllenhaal as well! It was so much fun!

Wk 2: Jan 15th

The Griffith Observatory here in LA had a free star party. So Amee and I decided to attend. The views of the greater LA area was awesome especially at night! We had to to stand in line for about 90 mins to see the moon from this telescope. This picture shows how much the moon moved in 30 secs! It was definitely worth the wait!

Wk 1: Jan 8th

My last day at work! My wife and I decided to head to Los Angeles, CA to spend the winter in warmer weather as travel nurses. I am definitely going to miss this great gang that I worked with! This was shot in Indiana.
